Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Radius Wallcoverings ("Radius", "we", "us"), an Abu Dhabi-based atelier of bespoke wallcoverings, hand-painted panels, and made-to-order interior finishes, sold via this website to customers within the United Arab Emirates and, where noted, internationally. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Made-to-Order Nature of Our Products

Radius wallcoverings are largely produced to order: cut, printed, hand-finished, or gilded specifically for your project once an order is confirmed. Unless a product is explicitly marked "in stock" or "ready to ship", please assume it is made to order. This affects lead times, cancellation rights, and returns as described below and in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on this site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of UAE VAT at the prevailing statutory rate unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation by email; a submitted cart or checkout session is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract, until we accept it.

3. Custom and Bespoke Commissions

Where a wallcovering, mural, or panel is produced to a bespoke specification, such as custom dimensions, a custom colourway, a custom motif, or a commissioned hand-painted design, full or partial payment (typically a 50% deposit, with the balance due prior to dispatch) may be required before production begins. Once production has commenced on a bespoke commission, the order cannot be cancelled, as detailed in our Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Consumer Rights under UAE Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. Goods supplied must be fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, and as described. Where goods are defective or materially not as described, you retain your rights to repair, replacement, or refund as set out in applicable law, regardless of any made-to-order limitation described above.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, hand-painted artwork, photography, and brand materials on this site are the property of Radius Wallcoverings or its licensors and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create derivative wallcovering products without written permission.

6. Samples

Sample swatches are provided to assist colour and texture selection but may show minor variation from a full production run due to the handmade nature of gilding, hand-painting, and natural fibre dye lots. We recommend ordering a physical sample before committing to a full bespoke order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Radius Wallcoverings' liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including installation costs incurred by third-party contractors, except in cases of proven negligence or defect on our part.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
