Versailles Oval Frame

Hand-carved from solid wood and finished with a gilded surface, this frame is built in the ornamental language of Louis XV scrollwork. The "Versailles Oval" silhouette is carved in high relief scrollwork before gilding, giving the piece real sculptural presence rather than a flat moulding. Each frame is carved and gilded by hand, giving every scroll and rosette a slightly different depth of light, the signature of true hand-craftsmanship.

It is designed to anchor an entrance gallery, salon wall, or grouped display. Frames are made to order in the dimensions and finish shown, or can be adapted to a bespoke size on request through your Radius design consultant.

Care: wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth only; avoid direct sunlight and abrasive or wet cleaners, which can dull the gilding. Professional installation is recommended given the frame's weight and finish.
